Galaxy S21 FE is the latest Samsung phone to receive the November 2022 security update

Samsung is on the move today. On the one hand, the company is releasing the stable Android 13 update on various high-end smartphones, and on the other hand, it is expanding the reach of its new security update. The South Korean company has now released the November 2022 security update for the Galaxy S21 FE.

The latest software update for the Galaxy S21 FE comes with the firmware version G990EXXS3CVJ6. The update is currently available in Brazil and may soon be released in other countries around the world. The November 2022 security patch fixes nearly four dozen security vulnerabilities in Samsung smartphones and tablets.

If you own a Galaxy S21 FE in Brazil, you can download and install the new security update by going to SettingsSoftware update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our firmware database and update it manually.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 FE earlier this year with Android 12 built in. The phone is expected to receive the Android 13 update later this year. It will receive three more Android OS updates (up to Android 16) in the future.
