Amber Heard is leaving the desert — at least the southern part of California, anyway — when she just unloaded her remote home for a good bundle… TMZ has learned.
The Yucca Valley home that had long been owned by AH since the lawsuit earlier this year recently sold for $1,050,000, with a closing date of July 18…this according to Zillow property records. The crib had been purchased in 2019 through an anonymous trust believed to have ties to Amber… quietly getting broken in at the time for just over $570,000.

Well, the speculation is over… TMZ got their hands on the new owner of this notebook, and he’s telling us yes – he had, in fact, dealt with Amber’s folks on this deal, but Amber never did her. -same.
The package having changed hands, Amber walks away here with almost double what she paid 3 years ago…an approximate profit of around $480,000, which is nothing to sneeze at. She had bought it before the pandemic, and since then the property values have mostly gone up.
Of course, things are supposed to be tight for her…especially with this $8.3 million judgment to profit from Johnny imminent, even if she tries to appeal, officially. Her lawyers said she can’t afford to pay it …but, frankly, its financial crisis is ill-defined these days.
In her daily life, Amber has been bouncing back since the end of the trial in June, even if she has been seen a little in New York … either in town or the hamptons. Now, there seems to be a U-Haul in her immediate future…because she’s still moving.
