Apple iOS 16.0.2 is rolling out to the iPhone 14

According to the Tech Crunch report, Apple has finally started rolling out the brand new iOS 16.0.2 update for iPhone users.

The online media outlet notes that the very first major iOS 16 update is released ahead of its original target date.

It is worth mentioning that the iPhone maker has said that it plans to release a new update that will crash various bugs on its latest flagship smartphone. The issues that iPhone 14 users are complaining about include the shaky camera bug and messy copy and paste prompts.

But before the end of this week, the famous tech giant has already released its new iOS 16 updates. And it turns out that this fixes the annoying issues that iPhone 14 users are facing.

According to a report from GSM Arena, iOS 16.0.2 update finally fixes the rear camera issue of iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Some users of the high-end Apple flagship, which starts at $1,000, have reported in various forums and social media platforms that their camera has started shaking uncontrollably. It seems that the problem only triggers when they use apps like Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram. However, when they tried to take photos and videos on the built-in camera app, the same issue was not found.

Released notes of the new iOS 16.0.2 say it brings “important bug fixes and security updates” for iPhone users.

And it addresses specific issues affecting iPhone 14 users as well. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

How to install iOS 16.0.2

The update is now available for all supported iPhone models, starting from iPhone 8 to the latest iteration of Apple’s flagship.

To get the latest iOS 16 update, go to the Settings app. Then select “General” and tap “Software Update” to start downloading the new version.
