The 2022/23 Premier League season is fast approaching and Chelsea will be looking to improve on their third-place finish last season under Thomas Tuchel.
Tuchel’s side begin their 38-match Everton schedule at Goodison Park and hope to get off to a winning start on Merseyside before facing Spurs in their home opener.
The Blues played 63 out of a possible 66 games last season, a campaign with little rest, and they will be keen to go the distance again in the Carabao Cup, FA Cup and Champions League.
Additions were made to help the team. Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly have both arrived, while many other signings are expected at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea were Carabao Cup and FA Cup runners-up last season, losing twice to Liverpool at Wembley and both on penalties. They are yet to win a domestic trophy under Tuchel since his appointment and will be eager to put the heartache of last season behind them to go all the way.

Real Madrid ended Chelsea’s hopes of retaining their Champions League crown, thanks to a quarter-final extra-time win at the Bernabeu in April.
Romelu Lukaku’s departure has lost Chelsea a few goals, but Sterling’s arrival should replace some of the attacking threat the Belgian has left empty.
Before the start of the season, Absolute Chelsea previewed the season with their predictions of where the Blues will finish in May-June.
