Ten Hag's Christmas message – Man Utd

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has delivered his very own Christmas message to you, the supporters.
The Dutchman sat down ahead of our clash with Nottingham Forest on Tuesday (20:00 GMT) to issue his own personalised message.
With our encounter against Steve Cooper’s side coming just two days on from today’s festive holiday, Erik’s usual pre-match Q&A with club media – which you will be able to see in full from Tuesday morning – contained some festive-themed questions.
Before offering a word to the supporters, he was first asked: if there was one football related present that you could have for Christmas, what would it be?
The boss sits down to deliver his own Christmas message to you…
”I would say a ticket to a great game! And I think Manchester United must be involved,” responded Ten Hag.
Bidding to bow out of 2022 with a successful festive period over the coming days, it has been a positive start to life at Old Trafford for the former Ajax boss.
The Reds are well positioned in the Premier League at present and will be hunting for silverware in three cup competitions too, in the new year.
But keen to deliver his festive thoughts before our next outing, Erik had this to say to our unrivalled supporters across the globe.
”I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year,” he began.
”Get energy in this period but also share it with your loved ones.
”Give each other a lot of love and go for a new year with a lot of health and a lovely and peaceful 2023.”
